    Default lots of catchin on Stockton


    The wife and I spent the afternoon where we slayed em last weekend and caught a bunch today........12" bass that is. Those aggravating things. It was fun but not what we were hoping for. I tossed every jig I had every way I could think of. The wife did manage 2 crappie among all the bass. She was watching a bobber with a minnow 3 feet down in 6-8 fow. Can't wait till next weekend.

    maby next weekend will be more productive for you. bet the cold front moved them a bit deeper maby. anyway at least y'all got out.

    Yep. We were there. Same thing.
    Caught two NICE crappie, one big white bass, one 16" walleye, 657 10"-12" bass.
    Water temp has dropped back from 64.4°F to 58°F.
    I'll smoke just about anything (in my smoker)
    The fishing is always great. The catching varies.

    ouch Mike. hope it heats up by tomorrow, Darrell is off and wants to go to stockton. better luck next time.
