Welcome from Mississippi.
Hey all,
Just joined the forum and I'm real interested to learn about crappie fishin' since I'm heading to Reelfoot Lake in a couple of weeks! We'll be down there for three days, staying at Gray's Camp. Bringing our own boats(14 foot semi-vee aluminum).
I've not really done any crappie fishing- mostly I fish farm ponds and mid sized lakes in Illinois. However, each summer, I spend 10 days in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness for walleye, pike and smallmouth fishing. It's a great trip for you all that may be interested in a great wilderness fishing trip!
I fish spinning gear and am comfortable with live bait as well as jigs, cranks and such.
Well, that's about all I know to tell you except that any tips would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
