    To ALL the 'Crappie Jerkers' lurking here!. Melvern is OPEN!!! Other lakes opening fast. Went to Melvern Thurs. & Friday. Caught them in 25 to 30 ft deep along the chanel breaks and brush. Not every place had #'s or size. Keep looking!!! You'll be glad when you find the hot spots. Lots of action. Bright colors and nibbles. Using 1/4oz jig no more than a foot off the bottom. Look for them on the graph, bouy it and start a jerkin. Clinton, Hillsdale, and Perry has open water. Be careful and have a Happy, CRAPPY :D time!! <*)}}}><
