    Default Stockton Rocks!

Fished Stockton for four hours today and ended up in a little place called Limitville (population 15)! Three of us in the boat, one finished with his limit the other had 10 but was only able to fish two hours. All in all a great day, sun shining, eagles watching and a great fish caught. We also had 20-25 shorts we threw back so there will be great fishing in the future.

Water temp 36, fished 32-33 fow just off the bottom. Most came on an Outlaw crappie pole with a white pearl jig, blue flake.

    Go get dinner!

Very nice Brad. You've got that lake down too. :D

What part of the lake you fishing?
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'

Wish I could tell ya but then I'd have to... Actually I looked on the map to see the name of the creeek, not that familar with Stockton, however the creek has no name???? I fished within sight of the mile long bridge, although it is not a mile long! Put in at Hartley and didn't go far.

I don't know much about Stockton either, but I think I'll give it a try tomorrow...
I'm thinking of fishing the lower south end.

I'll be as specific as I can, no problem for me. I really think you can go into the mouth of any creek, find shad and catch fish. Just have to stay on the move, the shad was very active today and really moving around.

    Good luck.
