    Default Lake Ema

I live in Clermont near Lake Ema, I see a lot of trailers parked at the ramp on Highway 19 every now and then. I know that the lake is fairly deep. Has anyone fished this lake before, and if so, how have you done ?

    Yup

lake Emma and Lucy have their share of fine fish.

last year we had a few limits with a few fish close to 2 pounds.

Emma is a nice consistant bowl shaped 15-20 foot average depth with Lucy not as deep but still a few 15 foot holes here and there.

Arnold Park is the only way to get a boat in..........and when you see the ramp you make wonder...........but it is deep enought to head north and get you to Lucy then Emma.

Nearest bait would be on highway 50 (colonial) just north of highway 19 at either the Ace hardware store or a baitshop by the name of Jerry's or Tom & Jerrys......... sorry cant confirm the exact business name at this point but he has a few large propane tanks out in front of his house / business.

    great little lake........few boats............little pressure

    best of luck!

Used to like the tannic water in those lakes when I lived there.
