Electric wheel chair rod holder

OK got to try this again. Like a dummy I lost my replies to the previous post.I work with disabled veterans. One of the deterants to getting these guys fishing is a rod holder that will allow them to use only one hand to set the hook and then reel it in. The types and styles of chairs very greatly. Basically they are the Hover Around you see on tv.Due to my lack of domestic engineering ability I need to tap into the brain power you all have.
