all, y'all after talking to rangerman,crappie chatt and the wall I finally figured out something CHATT IS FUNNY. anyway I have been trying to download the video from my LOWRANCE. chatt kept telling me how to do it, and I kept doing it wrong, why you ask, well seems I dont listen verry well, when he would say snap shot I would hear video, when he would say do this I did the opposite. and when the book said hit menue I would hit enter, (i am slooooooooow) so between rangerman,chatt and the helpfull customer service people at LOWRANCE I am ready,set on go. and should be able to download SCREEN SHOTS, not videos. to the computer and show a couple pictures, not to brag.. but to help anyone who wants to see how the units work, so why am I appoligizing well for being unattenitive to help that was offered.

Always happy to help Beagle, just remember how you did it, should finish my install today and first chance next week I'll be trying it out and will need your tricks. Hope the info helped some and good luck getting some photo's on here. If you are still having trouble maybe we can screw it up together. Can't wait after talking with you on the phone on how the unit is awesome I may have to just back it in my little pond and play with it some today.
