Truman Lake Ramp Tour 1/22

Some open ramps and water..... Started at Windsor Crossing, it is a no, still too much ice, doubt if you could get a mile either direction......
Long Shoal -you can put in and go across to the bluff and down some, doubt if you can get much past the 7 hwy bridge.......
Truman State Park- open and you can go down some or up to the point 1 bluff area....... one boat put in there this am.......
Shawnee Bend Ramp- probably the best bet, 4 boats put in there by 9 am this am and you can reach point 1 or below the Truman obesorvitory (sp),
the ice in the pic is broken up and like ice cubes floating in the pic..
Below Truman Dam Dead Water....... is wide open, 2 boats fishing in it and about 8 or so fishing from docks..... you can even put in at the ramp in the dead water.
Berry Bend Ramp- still frozen in at the ramp, open water out in main lake
Sparrowfoot Ramp- frozen in and main lake still frozen pretty good.......
1st pic is windsor, 2nd long shoal,3 TSP, 4th shawnee bend ramp..... don't have a report on Bucksaw or Tally Bend or pomme.....

Great report and pics. Looks like it is going to be gone by the weekend in most areas. Just in time for it to get cold again and then get a little snow.
