    Default More Truman/LOZ trip pics.

DrJim with our Truman haul from Wednesday, then Jim again with some LOZ thumper black crappie Thursday, and a bonus, Bugmans big crappie and a 16" walleye Thursday. Sorry Bugs, I guess my phone didn't capture the pic of you holding the walleye. If you all get the chance to fish LOZ with Jamie, you have to do it. That dude could easily be the best crappie guide on the lake. Man, what a trip. Thanks again guys. I'll remember this trip for a long time.:D

I don't know Truman well enough to say, sorry. Where ever Drfish and Bwillaub took me, I fished. I know we launched at Bucksaw then went around to the right for a little ways. Maybe they can be more specific. I just don't know the names of all of the areas we were in.:o

We were on the Grand, and fished from Bucksaw up probably 12 miles. We kind of hopscotched around. Most were on flats, close to dropoffs over 14-20 fow upstream and 12-15 fow further down. Most were 8-10' deep to as shallow as 3' deep right before dark. Don't know exactly where we were on LOZ. I get turned around on that lake. Bugs' walleye was 16 3/4" long. Nice fish - and you can tell what a dandy that black crappie is by comparison. Thanks again, Speck, Bob and Bugs.
