You had a decent day in spite of the weather--nice lookin stringer
We had some tough post-front conditions today with a stiff northwest wind, heavy cloud cover and air temps from 39 to 43-degrees. We found a few places to fish that were protected from the wind and on one spot we caught 12 decent crappie including this 2-pound, 13-ounce Arkansas Blacknose:
It was a tad over 17-inches long and had a girth of 13-inches.
We had another Black Crappie that was 16-inches long and probably weighed an ounce or two over two pounds (I didn't weigh it), a few other decent crappie and some "eaters":
Rosy Red minnows and Shiners fished from from 14 to 22-feet deep in 18 to 40-feet of water around brush piles, Bamboo Crappie Condos and rock formations was the ticket today.
