I started fishing seriously in the late 70's, mostly for bass in Central Indiana. Switched to crappie fishing with Lee at Cataract in the early 80's and stayed with it until moving to northern Indiana in 98. Have fished with Lee a few times since then, but spend most of my time now on the natural lakes in Indiana, southern Michigan and and the St. Joe river. Have also spent a handful of days on Lake Michigan chasing some perch. I fished Wawasee yesterday evening for crappie and perch with very limited success and then spent from 8 to 3 today on Winona Lake in Warsaw with virtually no success. I have never seen so many leaves floating in the lake. I think it had the fish pretty spooked.
