Bad day today. Few shorts on the bridge, few shorts on brush piles, nothing going on trees. We did catch a few on the Trimble dam. Water north of Trimble very dirty!

Sounds like Jack wants to hold a grudge against Smithville , remember Jack its alot closer than Truman. You may want to fish it again after the boat traffic slows down. LOL Dave

You guys are right. AFTER the boat traffic dies down, i'm in, but the size of the fish are so much better at Truman...

Did good today. Caught a good mess of keepers and am sitting here stuffed as I type this. Will post pics and details later, having dial up internet service sucks for uploading pics. The bite was definitely tougher today and had to break out some old school tactics to catch a limit. God bless.
