It is easy to convert Dec degree into Degree minute second coordinates all you have to do is keep the whole number it becomes your degree, the decimal gets multiplied by 60, that whole number becomes your minute figure and the left over decimal gets multiplied by 60 and that whole number becomes your seconds figure, and the left over decimal gets discarded.
For brush pile 1
Degree.decimal - Degree/minute/second
N38.64805 - N38⁰38’52”
W094.93048 - W094⁰55’49”
In the north coordinate 38 becomes your degree figure you are left with .64805 you multiply this number by 60.
.64805 x 60 = 38.883 – 38 becomes your minute coordinate, and you once again multiply the decimal by 60.
.883 x 60 = 52.98 – 52 becomes your second coordinate and the decimal is discarded giving your
38 degree, 38 minute, 52 second or N38⁰38’52” you repeat the process for the West coordinate
W094.93048 – 94 becomes your Degree W094⁰ and the decimal gets multiplied by 60
.93048 x 60 = 55.8288 55 becomes your minute W094⁰55’ and the decimal gets multiplied by 60
.8288 x 60 = 49.728 – 49 becomes your second W094⁰55’49” so the Degree/minute/second format for bp1 is N38⁰38’52" W094⁰55’49”.
However the lazier way of doing this is going to a website that has a converter and you just type the dec degree in and it will give you the Degree/Min/Sec format. Here is one of those websites. http://transition.fcc.gov/mb/audio/b...S-decimal.html

If you don't want to do the math, the FCC's website will convert them for you
