Not many keepers but sounds like you had a good time.
fished up sons creek, fished the flats, and the trees, most fish were caught in the open most were 10.25 in to 11 in. all were 9ft. and caught on black chartruse, some tipped with a nibble, some with a minnow, some with just a jig, some were caught on blue silver also, Darrell caught one green carp it must have weighed 4lb maby 5 it was 20in long and a big belly. he caught it on a black/chartruse slabbuster on a 11ft outlaw rod, I netted it for him he was tickled biggest fish he ever caught he said, he is new enough it dont matter, he got right back into the crappie mode real quick, he picked up a 12in crappie on the next dip, good day all in all ended up with 6keepers, not the best day we ever had but a darn good day for a couple rookies, later all

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'
Nice job Beagle. You doubled me up today, only three keepers today at price branch.
