I think they make a 2 part epoxy that will do what you want try some of your local auto parts stores.
My transducer broke off at the back of boat where the screw is. I would like to know if there any kind of glue that will hold it together or will I have to buy a new one? Thanks for input.

Here is what I do. First use super glue to hold it in place. Once the glue is dry, use a big hunk of JB weld water weld ( this is a two part putty that has the consistency of play dough, you can get it in the automotive section of Wal mart) form the putty around the broken area making a cradle of sorts. This stuff gets hard like concrete, should fix you right up.

I've tried the two-part epoxys, they make a neater fix, but don't hold up. The water weld putty is ugly, but super strong and durable.

My ducer has been glued more than CP has whiskers. It gets bumped every now and then and I have to reglue.
I use a quality superglue for the initial stick, then a two part epoxy around the joint. I have glued, glue. I thought about mixing in some fiberglass cloth on the next repair.
