Default What UR favorite fish to eat, fresh and salt (: (:

Mine, no doubt is the Crappie for the fresh water, prepared any meathod. Salt water, it is a toss beteen flounder and speckeled trout. That flounder just got a special "kick" to it.

But, I can eat any fish as long as I have enough Louisiana Hot Sauce to soak it with...haha

Crappie over all,but nothing is better sometimes than farm raised catfish. I agree with you on the flounder.

Fresh water has to be crappie and salt water has to be grouper. And being a fatboy myself any way that it is prepared is okay with me. I even had a good grouper sandwich this weekend wish I had another one right now.
If in doubt, cross their eyes!!

Bluegill and walleye for fressh . I used to like snapper and flounder, but don't buy saltwater fish anymore because of overfishing. Now if I could get to catch my own like I did in my teens... - Roberta

well I think crappie is my favorite - but I like most fish if you cook it the same day you catch it - we caught yellowtail snapper back in April down in the keys and man it was good - as was the grouper - but I think speckle trout is my fav saltwater with flounder a close second - we really love to catch those flat fish - any fish you catch though has a better flavor to me - the challenge and pride of catching them makes them taste better
with my mind on crappie and crappie on my mind -
and if ya'll see Goober later tellem I said duh huh - he'll know what ya mean!!!!!!!!
