    Default Daiwa Gekkabijin Ajing TG

If anyone has any of the 1g #8 hook in these that you would be interested in selling please let me know. I may also be interested in the 1.5g #8 hook. I have some of the new Daiwa tungsten jigheads with the sas hook I could trade as well. Below is a pic of what I am after.

What's different about these than the new ones other than it appears to have a slightly wider hook gap? Scott

Open gaped. Hook ups are very quick....and I have noticed with bluegill using the Ajing jig head I get a lot of gut hooks.

These have a gold hook with a slightly open gap compared to the sas hook. I like them because they match up nicely with a couple of baits I’ve been using. I use the sas hook as well with good results. Both are tools in my opinion and I haven’t had any issues with gut hooking fish.

The only time I used to have problems with gut hooking was when i fished something other than cast and retrieve i.e. under a slip cork or worm on the bottom. i love the new hooks and I won't be running out anytime soon. Bought out Digitaka and fish kiwi several times in the last couple of months in my size which is .5 or .75 gm. # 8. Really glad they made the .75 this time as it seems to be a sweet spot. Scott
