Default Monster on Shimano Soare SS

Hit the creek today with my brother in law and hooked into this guy. At first i thought i was hung up but then it started to move. It was a very subtle take. Hit a 2 inch keitech easy shiner swim bait that I was reeling back slowly. Shimano Soare SS 5'4, Shimano Complex 2000 and 2lb test izorline line. Pretty good for December in Ohio.

Awesome. I bet that took awhile to land. When I caught mine it took forever he didn’t want to come up at all.

That's an exceptional catch with your set up. Lots of experience tipped the "scales" in your favor.

Great job on a big fish. I’d be proud to be the guy in the picture with one like that. Very Good Job Mister!!
