Default Ever Green Superior Limber Tip

I got in contact with Mike (Shru63) the other day in regards to a used Abu Garcia Eradicator 6’10”L and we agreed on a price. While talking and discussing JDM gear he says I have a limber tip I’m willing to sell as well. I think Mike was just trying to get all of my money. HaHa. We agreed on a price for it as well and Mike was prompt to ship both of them to me in a timely manner.

Went down to a small creek as soon as I got the rods on Saturday excited to try the limber tip. I matched it up to a Daiwa Exist and off we went. The only fish willing to play was a laughable 3” largemouth.

Fast forward to yesterday and I coaxed the kids down to a trout pond that hadn’t been stocked in a month. Didn’t expect to catch much but I managed 3 small trout on the limber tip. The girls caught 3 between the two of them. One in the 17” to 18” range and one in the 13” to 14” range and a little turd. The girls had a good time hanging out with dad while mom was working. A few pics of one of the tiny trout I caught and the girls with a couple catches. In short I think I’m going to like the limber tip 😁

Really nice outfits for sure. Beautiful trout you got. I'm used to seeing them with the tails all beat up from being raised in concrete raceways. The girls did great with their spincast outfits, better than dad with his fancy spinning combos some might say. Great outing for everyone I'd say.

Thanks everyone. They for sure out fished me haha. I’m okay with that. We went out for breakfast, hiked a little, hit the playground, and then the trout pond. It was an enjoyable day for sure.

And they’ll remember that day for a long time. Great looking rods, I’d give my kingdom, kinda, to find a supplier for those grip seat combos. I can find the seat but not the grip. Regardless, I’m glad to hear they’re working do you. My Phenix builds are keeping me busy, like em a lot.

Tim, I hope you run across the grips because they sure are comfy. I hope you have still been after the fish. It can’t be too cold in Florida right? :D
