    Default Learned a valuable lesson

Hit the lake yesterday for about 3 hours. I've been going back and forth between using my majorcraft rods and Fenwick elite light finesse rods. There is no comparison. I was using the Fenwicks yesterday and they are very nice but my majorcraft rods are so much better. Ended up catch a mixed bag of 25 but would havedoubled that if it had been using the majorcrafts. I was even using braid but the sensitivity isn't there. Frustrating. I came home and ordered a lunakia, Amazon has them for a good price and another majorcraft rod. Did have a group of swans land while i was out.

The rods make a difference. Sounds like your fine tuning what you like.

Major Craft has always produced a great rod at a great price. Looking to add the new Banshee to my lineup next.

    Regards

Thanks for the feedback on Majorcraft. I have the Lukania 6 3 and it is a beautiful rod.

I have none of the rods you speak of but I have come to like rods over 5’6” up to about 6’3”. I have a 6’6” Fenwick that’s awful nice but not in tight quarters where the others really shine. Enjoy the new sticks.
