Congrats on a couple of good outings.
I noticed the Bobby Garland swim’r . It how far under the float were you fishing ?
Been a couple trips lately with the Triple Cross. One trip was with the 7’4” and the other with the 6’8” both tubular models. I caught 18 one trip with 12 keepers and 12 yesterday with 8 keepers. I have been catching all of my fish working a float very slow in 4 to 8 foot of water. One consistent has been I’ve used the 2000 size Luvias with the 2lb sos. I like this set up for float fishing. Give me the twitch master line for everything else. Here are a few pics of my outings lately. Haven’t had many of them as I have only taken 8 hrs of vacation so far but more to come. I hope I forgot to add that garlic slabsauce rocks!

That’s the itty bitty size and anywhere from 4ft deep to 7ft deep. I caught these at two different places and our water levels fluctuate so much so it always depends.

Some really good looking stringers of fish. Some thick ones. Thanks for sharing.

I'm using my Triple Cross in the exact same fashion. I've got the 7'3" tubular model and I'm using weighted bobbers, Decoy jigheads dressed with black/chartreuse Crappie Magnets.
The TC is a great float rod!!
