The Majorcraft Finetail FAX 632- UL came today

I bought it from shimreels tackle and their prompt shipping from over seas was impressive! To say I'm excited is an understatement. This rod will be an absolute blast here on Barkley/Ky Lake chasing crappie and stud shellcrackers.

I paired it up with my ABU REVO Theta 1000 reel. The coloring is a great match between the two. I'm excited and can't wait for spring!!

You must have bought the last one. They're out of stock, like most places it seems. I have the FAX-632 SUL and love it for bluegill, but am thinking about the UL for bigger fish and pairing it with the Daiwa Presso (same reel as my SUL). Anyone with a good recommendation on where to buy in stock, I'm all ears.

Wow, I could've sworn they had close to 30 of them last week when I placed the order! I, too, have the Finetail SUL and it is a BLAST on these 13in redear I catch. I felt like I needed a bit more rod though and decided to purchase the UL version.

My SUL is paired with the Luvias 1003 reel and is a terrific outfit. I hope you find one in UL!

I have the SUL which I pair with MGX Theta. My first JDM combo. Gives a lot of fun.
