What JDM rod, reel, and line be used to cast this weight lure?

To cast that weight a decent distance with any rod you would need to use some Ester line or a high end JDM PE line. There are many JDM Mebaru and hybrid light game rods that will have a low rating of 1/10 of a gram but that number is not really meant as a casting weight but to indicate how small a jig you can feel with the rod.
