    I ordered the theta reel from fishingshop.kiwi a couple days ago. I jumped through some hoops to get registered with them (after the order). Payment method chosen was Paypal. However, I have never received any instructions to pay. All it says is "Please wait us to check the order." Is this 'normal?' I wonder what 'check the order' means and does it normally take days to even pay?

    Many JDM web-stores are still old school...meaning they will send you an invoice to pay from...it is normal. Digitaka used to be that way but somewhere along the way they changed and when you hit the buy button it is bought.

    That shop is reliable; I bought my AG STS rod there using PP (and cleaned them out of Daiwa Gekkabijin jigs, too. Sorry!). They confirm stock and calculate shipping, and you will get an invoice. Check your spam folder if you have not already. Kirill will answer all emails, too. They have a lot of holidays in Japan!
