Thread: Quick 40ish minutes of fun...

I had around 40 minutes to play around at a pond yesterday. I think the temps were in the 40’s and we still had some snow lingering around in places. I took advantage of the sale Varivas had and my preference in line has always been mono so I picked up some spools of the 3lb Super Trout Twitch Master nylon. It has a semi gold look to it and I spooled it up on the Daiwa Daysprout and off I went. Haven’t used the 6.9” Rockin Finesse much lately but it was the weapon of choice today. I didn’t do much good since it was pretty chilly and the limited time frame but I did have fun and a few fish were tricked by the bison trout magnet.
