I live in Decatur, I noticed some of the bass boats here for the tournment had some kind of stick/rod structure next to the motor. What is this?

yep it hold them in the wind the last few trips I went on I needed 2 or 3!!

How much do them things cost?I bet they are good for shooting docks in the wind.Where in Alabama can I get one?
AJ your correct on the price I know Jhef just had one installed at Guntersville boat mart and he said it was around $1,300 installed.

That's it. I saw a guy on Flint creek with two on his boat Monday afternoon.
hey james it was 1300. each not installed, with the remotes and everything with the mounts they were 3300. plus 400 for installation
abit pricey, but i love shootinjg docks and you know how aggrevating it can be to keep boat in place on windy days with alot of boat traffic, plus they are wonderful for fishing on the flats over here in decatur, i love these things, so far best money ive spent on my boat
