    Default Break From Hunting

Rain moved about 2:00 this afternoon so I decided to take a break from hunting and try to put a few crappie in the freezer. Worked out pretty good. Fished for about an hour and caught 16 crappie that weighed in at 31.9 pounds. The biggest was 2 1/2 pounds. Name: IMG_4519.jpg

About ready to do that myself. Gotta get my 7yr old on one before season ends. He missed a 7pt opening weekend and with work I we hadnt been much. Hes had plenty of opportunities to shoot does, but he wants some horns. Im ready to catch some crappie now though.

That big 'ole boy probably walked by 20 yards from your stand.

    Seriously....nice catch!
