The bellies on those fish look like they got the feed bag on! Thanks for a great report. Fun times!

Your right Bob D, the Creek is loaded with shad and all fish were stuffed with them when I cleaned them.

I made a short trip to Arrowhead and Limestone Creek this morning. The fish were very slow, I only caught a handful in two hours. Nothing around the laydowns, everything had moved into the middle of the Creek from 12 feet down to the bottom. The water was very muddy with visibility of only about 6 inches and 42 degrees. Warmed to around 44 near the mouth with the river. No shad activity on the surface and no birds feeding. I think everything got lockjaw from the cold weather the last couple days. Hopefully they be feeding heavy tomorrow afternoon with a little sun and warming of the water.

I also had some birds judging my struggles this morning to catch a few fish.
