Default Kayak report for limestone creek

I fished limestone creek on Thursday and had a good day . To start out the water in the creek under the iron bridge is almost non existent . First cast in the creek resulted in a yellow perch. The water was crystal clear and very little current. I caught several spotted bass on the bobby garland and 4 lb test line. I got on some crappie at the mouth of the bay. I switched over to a worm on the bait caster and hammered the bass. Ended up with 9 crappie and lost 2 . All were big . Caught 30 plus bass with 5 on the last 5 cast. Only 2 large mouth with the rest spots. Biggest was 4 lbs. Very enjoyable day on the water. All fish were released to fight another day
