I fish above Hobbs Island Bridge in the Summer when the water is low. There's tons of Crappie up that far so plenty of fish, not sure on the lower end near the lake.
Anybody got any Intel on Flint River in North Alabama. Looking for crappie. Any Intel would be appreciated from GPS locations of the best tops or a comment if it's worth fishing.

It was wasn't rain it was SLEET....You can Have those fish...lol..now upper Bear is a different story...headed to Phil Cambell for a baseball double header Saturday... spawn of Satan I tell ya. One of these days I'll go back but we burnig your boat gas.

Man you should have called me. I fished Thursday at Cedar with my 6 yr old boy. He caught 3 before I got my rods in the water. We boxed 38 and a guy gave me 18 more at the ramp.
Your welcome to go anytime I almost always have an open seat. About the only place I fish anymore.
