    Default Tough conditions

Very tough day today. Only put 4 in the boat. I kept 3 of them. All caught on the underspin slow rolling and jigging around logs. Best one came in at 13.5 inches 1.5lbs Water was up and almost like chocolate milk. Still enjoyed my time out there!

I could see the skunk lurking around when I started the morning with no bites at all. It was unusual for me to not have at least a hybrid bass or some largemouth hit what i'm throwing in the morning out there. Changed colors and I put a small one in the boat. It's amazing how breaking the ice changes everything.

Like the color of those fish. Was pretty sure they'd be getting there with these warm days.

Some nice looking crappie always good to keep the skunk away. I was out the other day as well with the water conditions like chocolate milk the minute I switched to darker colors it was on.
