Fished the pits from 3-sundown and caught 7 keepers and a cat and 16 shorts. All fish hugging structure in 4-5 ft and no females.

Nice work! I was in my kayak fishing the middle / lower pits from 1:30-4PM too. However I only managed 1 keeper crappie, 1 short and 2 nice (2-3ish lb) catfish. The crappie that I did catch, I found the bite was very soft though. Did you catch more of yours closer to sundown?

Also It seems like almost every time I go to limestone I catch a couple nice catfish on Bobby garlands and they give me a free ride in the kayak!
