the fruit of a productive trip. Blackened crappie over a Wally World garden salad. What a meal. Very filling and satisfying. Doc and wifey happy also with new eating choices. Down 25 lbs in a month. Sugar went from 200’s to low 100s. Eating to live and fish some more. Starting to get my feet under me some from Covid and stroke also. I had so many people praying for me. I could feel it. Anyways. Stop get a garden salad blacken a few enjoy. No dressing needed. Tossed that over shoulder. Thank me later

That's great Lee. Glad you are getting better. My wife started the Keto diet 2 years ago to help with her diabetes she lost a good bit of weight and came off 4 meds.

Great news Lee, good for you on the lifestyle changes and new found health. Salad looks awesome, love those blackened crappie. Also like them in a fish taco.
