I’m gonna em in morn. Hope they are still hungry
I fished Indian Creek today, kept 18 and returned about a dozen larger fish. Shorts, gills and skipjack seemed to be everywhere. Fish were 5 to 6 feet deep and caught single pole on a Bobby Garland Tuxedo Black using a 1/16oz jig head. I could make the 1/32oz work with the current and wind. The water was 50 degrees with visibility od about 18 inches. Shoutout to Gholland24Fish who joined me today. Beautiful day, but the wind was brutal!
riverboss thanked you for this post
Yes, thanks DB! I hope they keep biting.
I’m planning on heading there in the morning as well. Hopefully I’ll see you riverboss!
I'm staying home tomorrow, should be good with the front coming through but my wife is off. She's very tolerant of my fishing obsession, I need to spend some time with her!

Ditch, the wind was to much for me. With that and having some things I needed to get done I cut out. Didn’t mean to be rude but when you took out you looked like you were on a mission. Lol. Glad you got on them.

I appreciate you letting me tag along Ditch! Definitely learning experience! Wind was a bear especially for a first timer single poling! Hopefully we can do it again soon

The wind was rough today. Pretty good day on the water though. Beats sitting on the couch thinking about what you could have caught.
