Default Cotaco Creek, 30 Oct, 6 and 13 Nov

30 Oct: Lots of short fish from sunrise to 0900-ish. After 0900 measurable fish showed. I gave away 15 fish to different folks.

6 Nov: Very foggy at sunrise. Launched from Triana and had to use my Humminbird mapping to get across river. Fish bit all morning. Caught at least 50 and brought 20 home. Kinda unusual for me since I am normally too lazy to clean fish. Water was 62 degrees. Big fish was 1.5lbs.

13 Nov: Bite wasn't as good as last week, but it was steady. Brought home 13. Caught another 15 or so that I released. Bite shutdown around 0900. Water temp was 59 degrees. Caught two fish that weighed 1lb.

All fish were caught on a 1/24oz plain lead head jig. In order, I used BG monkey milk, crystal, chartreuse/red glitter and blue ice

Way to go, much better than I did!

Well except for short fish. I probably returned over 50.

That’s about the same with me at cotatco too . Closer to the full moon the smaller they got.
