    Upper end of paint rock don’t look bad !

    I was thinking what was Fur talking about then I crossed over it 15 miles down the road and it’s 20’ up in the trees. (Lol)

    The only thing that kept it from going over Hwy 72 is that it's such a wide expanse of flat ground. I've never heard of people getting 10"-12" of rain in 6-7 hours without it being some kind of Tropical Storm. I've always said I didn't worry about flooding because I live on a mountain, but Arab is on a mountain too and it was horrible.

    I grew up on the coast. Flooding was just something that happened. Moved to Scottsboro and was amazed that it flooded up there. 72 out through Paint Rock would flood something awful. Darnest thing I had ever seen
