When the water is up to full pool at cotaco there a tree on the right side of the dock( facing the creek) and you can tie your boat to its roots( what I do anyway). And keeps my boat off the bank and the rock. It’s just a little hard getting out Of the boat when the water is down. There is also a muddy bank just downstream of the ramp that I’ve used before. But I got mud on my carpet so I don’t do that anymore. The tree is the best option and has a perfect spot to tie off on its root system hanging off the bank
