Thread: 2021 Spring camp vote

Just talked to Howard (Hardluck) what we came up with for the shindig since he does smoking/catering and has everything is to just let him take care of everything and we will have a donation bucket for everyone to chip in to help pay for everything. What we need most of all is a head count so he can have everything ready and know how much to fix. All you will need to bring is a lawn chair and a big appetite and if you want something else to drink besides Tea and water. We will be eating at Hardluck’s place on Saturday afternoon about 4:00 unless we need to move it up some for people traveling home but we thought some people might want to fish the biggest part of the day and if anybody has any other suggestions or needs please speak up. Also on another note that Thursday is Hardluck’s birthday and we wanted everyone that’s in town to come to the Mexican restaurant in Wedowee that Thursday night for a birthday supper. So please reply to let us know if this sounds good or if we need to make some changes and most importantly get a headcount and if your bringing anybody just so he knows how many to expect and for the ones that has never eaten and of his ribs and bbq your in for a treat it’s some of the best I’ve ever had.

I wanted to come for the dinner but I am having skin cancer surgery on Friday so probably won't make it. Howard's Meat is the best, hate to miss it.

We (my son and I) are still planning on coming but the weather isn't going to help us out any. The water is gonna be, mudddy, muddy, muddy.

Glenn, Ray.. What's that going to do to our fishing? I don't know how sensitive Wedowee crappie are to muddy water.

It’s hard to say for sure it all depends on how much water Is going out. I had 22 small keepers yesterday in chocolate milk close to Fosters bridge. Had friends Saturday in light stained water around 48 that only had 4 keepers.
