Guys the weather will be the biggest factor not the moon i promise I've smoked them on a full moon. Hard luck has access to a place for us to meet up and eat but he is only off that one week so I say that's probably the best weekend.

There's no way to plan around the weather 4 months out. We will just have to pick a day and roll with it. I know we have had terrible luck on the camps in the past, just got to pick and hope

I just talked to the guy at Wedowee Motel. Coach he told me if it was a small dog and it didn’t stay in the room while you was gone it wouldn’t be a problem you can call and talk to him. Right now he has plenty of rooms open for around the 26th but his been getting a lot of calls about March and there usually busy. They have a cleaning station and it’s about 5 minutes to a boat ramp the rooms are 60.00 plus tax a night and I think they all have 2 queen beds at least the ones Mitch and I had in the fall did there phone # is 256-363-1211. Sounds like we need to make a firm decision on the date so whoever wants to reserve a room can get that done. I’m probably going to stay from either Wednesday or Thursday till Sunday depending on the weather and fish every day I know Hardluck is off work and fishing all week.

For the weekend of March 27th
Lake wedowee motel and cabins 256 363 1211
2 full beds, microwave, Tv and small fridge. Thursday $60 Fri and Sat $70 a night. They also have a fish cleaning station with a decent amount of parking.

Coach, Reagan and nick are welcome to stay at Lake wedowee motel. Right now they have several rooms available but I would urge you to reserve a room sooner than later. Tell them you are with Crappie.com.

Olde English Inn motel located downtown wedowee 256 357 2817
I’m not sure of the rate or room accommodations. I have called several times with no answer. Parking with a boat will be limited.

There’s not many more options for rooms unless you go through Airbnb or VRBO.
If anyone will be bringing a camper let me know and I’ll try and find you a spot.
