    Wanting to verticle fish the timber in cotaco creek Friday wanting to take a vacation day to do it any suggestions yes or no

    should work great start at the first tree at the mouth . all the trees should have fish on them. I fish them up to mid June. smaller the jig the better all colors work at some time of the during the day good look!!

    My only concern would be the water level. Can anyone give a report. Last Friday it was out of bounds still and it had been 5 days since it rained.

    Yesterday I drove down to where it runs under E Upper River Rd just off Hwy 36, and it was still up past the normal banks by a few inches.

    Been wanting to go to Cotaco
    creek for weeks. Seems like every time the water gets down it rains again.
