    I recall in the late 80's, there were some Chinese grass carp released in Gville ostensibly to control vegetation and there was some controversy as fishermen and duck hunters love the grass but skiers detest it....not sure if the carp released were the same ones that jump in schools …..

    Their not the same. I believe the one pictured is a big head, not an Asian. The asians are the ones that jump.

    If they do they will never be missed. Green carp fisherman think you are working for Russia if you keep one. They are probably like deer, overpopulated and need to be thinned out some.

    I have caught many of those for years. I think it's a bighead, kind of like my bighead when someone gives me a compliment. Wait a minute, that never happens lol.
