I'm planning a trip to Bass Pro in Cary NC to stock up on fishing stuff for 2020 in the next few weeks and I'm sure it will be a costly one.

Was it worth it? We’re thinking of stopping by on our way back from Texas next week. I heard it’s the biggest store they have.

It's worth it, even if you don't buy anything!

This place is AWESOME! Definitely worth a trip to visit. It's even better if you can stay a night or 2. Little Pricey but worth every penny. The rooms are super nice, fishing and hunting themed, and overlook the showroom. They have a nice restaurant on the top floor overlooking the Mississippi, bowling alley and indoor shooting range.

Just left the pyramid. Nice place! Had dinner up top overlooking Memphis. Incredible view. The see-thru glass floor was a little intimidating as I don’t do well with heights. But the family got a chuckle watching my knees get all wobbly. Got to see some large sturgeon. Hadn’t seen anything like that since watching them get caught out of the Columbia River north of Portland, Oregon. Beautiful prehistoric looking creatures. I wish we could have spent the night. I’m sure it would have been fun. Fortunately we got out without spending too much. Well worth the visit. I may have to make a return trip someday.

Did you see the two big Gator Gar near the back? Don't see them that big often anymore.
