I fished Madison County Lake Sunday, but the Crappie weren't biting (or at least I couldn't catch them, LOL). I ended up bottom bouncing jigs (1 inch slider on a 1/32oz jig head) the last three hours in 10 to 12 foot of water catching gills. Only 1 in 20 was big enough to clean, but kept a few. The water was clear with visibility of about 18 inches, 60 degrees at daylight and warming to 64 by late afternoon. The lake is about four feet low.
