Took a quick trip after school yesterday afternoon. Fished bay on upper Coosa. Caught 6 keeper males not in spawning colors. No females. Surface temp. 61 degrees but Im sure it is really dropping at night. Not Marking a lot of bait yet. It was a little better than last week but not real good. Hope it gets better. This is my go to spot when fish move up so I hope they do something soon. High water and weather may mess them up. They are catching some fish on the lower end in the deeper creeks but I don't have time to go down there in afternoon. Going to Big G sat and catch those fish that Fur has been watching on his new livescope. No minnards harmed yesterday long lined jigs all afternoon.
