    Water way up in river. Saw a picture yesterday of public fishing pier below cove creek and it is under water. This morning weiss 3 foot over summer pool and rising

    Ala Power supposedly put in place a computer control flow system that was to
    prevent flooding on the coos river. This was done after the 2015 flood that destroyed Weiss in 2015. Guess what? BOHICA ...... Thanks Ala Power
