My crappie like to warm up a bit before they lie down on the filet board and.........Hey, what has this got to do with crappie fishing ????? lol!
BTW, Pro gas logs in any fireplace. Great to use during power outages.
Daffodils are beginning to bloom so get those reels spooled and boats ready.
Non vented Manual control VanGuard gas logs....great set up...serves as a back up for heat during power failure
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Non vented works great. Keep the pilot flame going 365 days of the year and you don’t have to clean it, but I have to clean all of the fireplace to get rid of dust before using during cold weather or you smell dust burning. Not a big thing to clean and wipe down with damp rags or take apart and wash the dust off. Mine runs off propane.

We have a non vented natural gas fire logs insert and it will take the chill off you after coming in from the cold outside.
As stated it is also heat source if power goes out.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
