    Default Weiss recommendations

I am coming down from Indiana to Weiss lake March-April time frame. I am looking for recommendations on a particular week that may be better than others.

Need all the help I can get.

    Thanks.

You should make reservations now for accommodations, places book up early. Same with guides if you choose to use one we’re headed down April 11th staying at Little River Marina. Been fishing Weiss many different months and personally think the weather has everything to do with my success ratio. We’re in Louisville and southern Indiana so if your down in April keep in touch and maybe we can find them

It will all depend on Mother Nature as stated ! Middle to later April is usually still good if we’re not still froze up then!
    Too blessed to be stressed!

according to weather a said in other posts. I would suggest last week of march first 2 weeks of april. However if we have a warm Feb. May be mid-march to late march. Who knows your taking a chance when you travel. I would pick a date soon and reserve me a Room quickly. I would suggest Little River Marina. When things pick up you can see my posts along with Crappiefloppers and figure out going on or contact either one of us by pm

About a possible warm February, what temps would be considered warm for February?

Last year saw a good stretch of 70’s in February that put the water surface temp up in the mid sixties by early March then the cold fronts and wind came through causing a big drop in water temp and making the fishing tough

Coach, don't forget about the 70 degree weather today and 30 degrees tomorrow. inbowkiller, look at the long range forecast, keep up with it. Then don't believe it.
