    Made it through thanksgiving and iron bowl unscathed. Maintained that weekend. But heahs the lowdown. Down 17 pounds in 13 days.

    WTG, I just finished up my bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. I'm back on the slim down plan. I started Sunday.

    Awesome job, I couldn't diet at Thanksgiving even if I tried. It's my favorite holiday and my favorite food I only get at Thanksgiving. No way would I give it up....lol.

    Mules and Horses get pretty fat eating oats. How big was the bowl. I would bet it was a number 7 wash tub.LOL

    You done good! I’m Back on the train just wasn’t about to pass up all that bad stuff during time together with the family ! No since in slaying the giant!!! Just kelp him at bay only picked up 1.4# during a 5 day derail back on track I have got a long hill to climb but have no choice if I want to stay mobile!

    You are doing great Lee, stick with it man, you will be amazed how much better you will feel.
    I did about the same slabprowler, just want to hold where I am till after Christmas and then make another push.
