My thoughts on the 360
its not as good a scouting tool as side imaging but it has advantages as a brush pile ,pushing and pulling. When fishing a brishpile after locating it you can bump up to the pile by easing up to way point. Letting your tm and 360 down and bump up to pile. Doing this will not spook the fish. Then keeping a full circle on the 360 at 75' you can track the fish if they are schooling around pile and not holding to pile. If the fish are in a tight school you will see a blob. If they are scattered you will see individual dots. I wil go this afternoon and take pics of each scenario and post up.
when longlining you can side scan a creek leaving some waypoints of fish then turn around and set tm and 360 down setting it to 100'. As you troll through watch 360 screen to adjust your path to fish as they are moving and you will need to pull through them to be most effective. This will allow you to see fish in all directions.
Another er advantage is being able to read while setting still on lights at night. Just remember. Try to be as stealth as possible. The 360 is your friend foe this because it looks foward.

Is the black inner circle the "cone" of water under the boat, like the black line is the long "cone" of water on SI?
Can you tell us what each picture shows?
Really helpful if know where you brush piles are and don't want to pull over them. Helps with positioning the boat to. Lake Marin fish can be very spooky. Not the best searching tool but very helpful in high pressured lakes
