Thread: How customer service should be

This week I have had deal with Humminbird and Millennium Outdoors to resolve some issues. I knew the C/S was gonna be good but this week it was stellar.

PS if any of y'all have a Humminbird unit you been thinking about sending in to be repaired they are awesome.
